How to consume the red mangrove?
Put water to boil, when it reaches its point add the mangle , let it boil for another 30 seconds, turn off the water and cover the container. Let rest for about 10 minutes if you use the bark, it can be less time if you use only the leaves. Strain and you have your infusion ready.
